Cashflow Resolve provides business-process and operational support, not legal advice or regulated debt-collection services. No specific payment or recovery outcome is guaranteed.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cashflow Resolve is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a buyer's actions, insolvency, withheld information or decisions outside our control.
